Founded in 2022, PDA E-Services was established with a vision to provide comprehensive operational and administrative support services to dental practices in the US. As the Global Capability Centre (GCC) for Piccadilly Dental Alliance, we function as an extension of their operations, helping them manage practice management, business operations,



and administrative processes efficiently and reliably.

Requirements and skills
- Spanish verbal communication skills along with active listening
- B1 level / Intermediate level in Spanish
- Soft-spoken personality
- Attention to detail & coordination skills
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
- US Hours working.

Roles available- Associate/ Senior Associate

Working Days - Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday are fixed off.

Shift timings - 8 pm-5 am
