Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, payroll administration, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance support, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should possess robust knowledge of HR processes, HRMS, payroll processing, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations. The candidate should be capable of independently handling HR operations with high accuracy and confidentiality. This aligns well with the experience reflected in the candidate's CV.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations
- Manage complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS databases.
- Generate Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Experience Letters, and Relieving Letters.




- Prepare employee master data and maintain CTC records.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure timely completion of joining formalities and documentation.

Payroll & Compensation
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, reimbursements, and payroll inputs.
- Process travel reimbursements, employee advances, and loan deductions.
- Support Full & Final Settlement (F&F;) processing.
- Generate payroll reports for management review.

Employee Benefits & Compliance
- Administer employee insurance schemes (GMC, GPA, parental insurance, etc.).
- Coordinate PF-related activities including employee registration and statutory support.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
- Assist during internal and statutory audits.

Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment activities and interview
