We are looking for a Product Manager who can take ownership of the product, work closely with engineering and design, and help us build experiences that athletes and coaches genuinely love using.
This role sits at the intersection of product, design, and technology. You will need to think like a user, communicate clearly with engineers, and bring a strong UI/UX sensibility to every feature you define.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap in close collaboration with the US leadership and engineering teams
- Define clear, detailed product requirements user stories, acceptance criteria,
and success metrics
- Work hands-on with the UI/UX designer to shape product flows, wireframes, and prototypes before they go into development
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, design, and QA
- Conduct user research, gather feedback from coaches and athletes, and translate insights into actionable product decisions
- Track key product metrics adoption, retention, engagement and use data to drive roadmap priorities
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches
- Work directly with the US product and engineering team on a daily basis explicit communication and async collaboration are essential
- Identify gaps in the product experience and proactively propose improvements before they become problems
