Job Responsibilities
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Run Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Generate quality leads for recruitment.
- Create social media content, posters, and short videos.
- Manage SEO, website updates, and social media pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
