Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage engineering projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Oversee product development, including design, testing, and implementation of recent features and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to source components at competitive prices while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in Engineering Management or related field (Production Management).
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product engineering principles, and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
