Role & responsibilities

1.International Market Development
- Build and execute GTM strategy for assigned global markets.
- Promote biometric and enrollment devices into government programs, enterprise applications, eKYC platforms, and national ID ecosystems.
- Ensure device integrations with third-party applications, national ID programs, SDK platforms, and digital identity workflows.
- Expand presence in civil ID, voter registration, border control, healthcare ID, telecom KYC, and other strategic initiatives.

2.Partner & Channel Ecosystem
- Build a strong partner network with predictable monthly billing cycles.
- Develop active distributors, dealers, and SI partners across the region.
- Implement partner enablement: certifications, demos, SDK training, and co-selling activities.
- Build strategic partnerships with national ID vendors, biometric system integrators, enrolment kit manufacturers, and digital identity platform providers.

3.Large Government & Enterprise Sales
- Track tenders, RFPs, and ID modernization opportunities.




- Lead technical and commercial proposal building with internal teams.
- Build system integration networks for strategic multi-year projects.
- Deep engagement with ministries, authorities, banks, telecom operators, and identity program consultants.

4.Pipeline & Conversion Ownership
- Build a high-quality pipeline with 75%+ conversion probability through strong qualification, relationship mapping, and solution fit assessments.
- Drive structured forecasting and ensure visibility of quarterly and yearly targets.
- Maintain accurate prospect tracking, win plans, and account growth strategies.

5.P&L; & Business Ownership
- Deliver yearly revenue, margins, sell-through, and collection targets for the region.
- Define pricing strategy, bid competitiveness, and product positioning.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership.

6.Leadership & Team Management
