Job description

Bachelor;s degree in Computer Science (or related field) with 4+ years salesforce experience or minimum 2+ years of experience in Omnistudio Development.

· Assist with technical delivery of Salesforce.com implementation

· Creating guided user experiences using OmniScripts and FlexCards to streamline business processes and enhance customer interactions.

· Building and configuring data services using Data Mappers (Data Raptors) (Extract, Load, Transform, Turbo Extract) and Integration Procedures for efficient data handling.

· Customizing and deploying components across environments using the Developer Experience layer tools, including Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Apex.

· Rating Calculation : The process of rating calculations in the insurance domain





· Building and customizing rating engines

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, estimate work, and deliver scalable solutions within Agile frameworks.

· 2+ years of hands-on experience in OmniStudio development.

· Proficiency in OmniScripts, FlexCards, Data Mappers (Data Raptors), and Integration Procedures.

· Robust command of Apex, SOQL, LWC, HTML/CSS.

· Experience with Salesforce SOAP/REST APIs and custom Lightning components.

· Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance within Salesforce environments.

· To be Omnistudio cert

Good to have
- Experience in implementation of Salesforce.
