Role Description
The Senior Sponsorship Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving sponsorship revenues across Tradepass events and platforms.



This role involves identifying and qualifying potential sponsors, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting tailored sponsorship solutions aligned with client objectives. The Executive will manage the full sales cycle, from proposal development and negotiation to closing deals and maintaining long-term relationships with sponsors. Daily tasks include collaborating with marketing and production teams to refine event offerings, tracking sales pipelines, preparing sales reports, and ensuring sponsor deliverables are met during conferences, exhibitions, training programs, and in-house events. The role requires consistent in office collaboration, attendance at events, and a strong focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

Qualifications
- Strong B2B sales and sponsorship skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
