We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge business, operations, and technology to help Awestruck build the best experience marketplace. The role involves identifying high-potential experiences, analyzing market demand, onboarding experience partners, and coordinating with the tech team to ensure seamless listing and platform operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and map experiences across target cities and identify categories with high user demand.

* Analyze competitor platforms, pricing, customer interest, and market trends to identify opportunities.

* Evaluate which experiences have robust potential and identify gaps in the marketplace.

* Reach out to experience providers and build relationships for onboarding onto Awestruck.

* Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate the onboarding process.

* Work closely with the Operations and IT teams to ensure accurate and timely listing of experiences.

* Coordinate with the product and development team to resolve listing issues, feature requests,



and operational bottlenecks.

* Maintain and update experience data, pricing, schedules, and availability.

* Generate business reports, onboarding status reports, and performance insights.

* Recommend improvements to increase platform engagement, partner satisfaction, and conversion rates.

* Ensure a smooth end-to-end onboarding experience for every partner.

Required Skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
