Key Responsibilities
- Develop recent domestic and international business opportunities.
- Identify and generate export sales leads in global markets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas clients and distributors.
- Handle inquiries, quotations, pricing, negotiations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
- Manage export documentation and ensure smooth order execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales MIS, forecasts, and management reports.
- Travel to customer locations, exhibitions, and business meetings whenever required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction.
