Position: Front Office Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (Healthcare/Hospital/Clinic sector preferred)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Job Responsibilities :-
- Manage the daily operations of the front office and reception.
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally.
- Handle appointments, patient registration, and billing coordination.
- Supervise front office staff and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments.
- Address patient queries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive patient experience.

Requirements :-




- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar role within the healthcare sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of hospital/clinic front office operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software is an advantage.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹37,976.37 per month
