Orchids The International School is looking for a creative, execution-driven Internal Communications & Employer Branding qualified to strengthen employee engagement and build a compelling employer brand. This role will work closely with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams to create impactful communication that informs, inspires, and celebrates our people while positioning Orchids as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Communications
- Own and execute the internal communications calendar.
- Create engaging emails, newsletters, articles, presentations, posters, videos, and employee campaigns.
- Develop employee stories, leadership messages, success stories, and organizational announcements.
- Partner with HR to communicate policies,



initiatives, benefits, learning programs, and company-wide updates.
- Plan and execute employee engagement campaigns and internal branding initiatives.
- Cover internal events, town halls, celebrations, CSR initiatives, and learning programs through written and visual content.
- Draft speeches, leadership notes, event scripts, and internal announcements.
- Manage content across internal communication platforms including emailers, intranet, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and other employee channels.
- Ensure all communication reflects the organization's culture, values, and tone of voice.

Employer Branding & Corporate Communications
- Own Orchids' employer branding communication across external platforms.
- Create and publish workplace culture content, employee stories, hiring campaigns, leadership thought leadership, and organizational updates on LinkedIn.
