Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Officer – Team Lead to lead the placement team and ensure successful delivery of placement outcomes for management programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the placement team to achieve placement and internship targets.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.

• Conduct quality checks (QC) on candidate and employer calls, emails, and communication.

• Ensure accurate and timely updates in CRM and placement tracking systems.

• Maintain process compliance and placement documentation.

• Coordinate with employers, students, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless placement operations. Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in placements, recruitment, career services, or team management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience working with CRM tools and maintaining data accuracy.

• Ability to work in a target-driven workplace
