1. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
- Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable labour laws including:
- Factories Act
- Industrial Disputes Act
- Contract Labour Act
- PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages Act
- Shops & Establishment (as applicable)
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and returns (manual & digital).
- Liaise with labour department officials, inspectors, PF & ESIC authorities.
- Handle inspections, notices, and legal compliances without penalties.

2. Social & Statutory Audits
- Prepare and coordinate for internal and external social audits.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements related to:
- Working hours & wages
- Health, safety & welfare measures
- Child labour, forced labour & ethical practices
- Close audit observations within defined timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and evidence for audits.

3. Manpower Management (550+ Strength)
- Manage white-collar & blue-collar workforce including permanent, contractual, and trainees.
- Coordinate recruitment of factory manpower in line with production requirements.




- Maintain accurate manpower records, attendance, and shift rosters.
- Control attrition, absenteeism, and discipline issues.

4. Industrial Relations (IR)
- Maintain cordial industrial relations at the plant.
- Handle worker grievances, misconduct cases, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct domestic enquiries, show-cause notices, and warning letters.
- Manage contractor relationships and ensure statutory compliance by contractors.
- Prevent disputes and ensure smooth factory operations.

5. Payroll, Attendance & HR Operations
- Coordinate attendance, overtime, and wage data for payroll processing.
- Ensure timely salary disbursement for staff & workers.
- Verify PF, ESIC, bonus, leave encashment, and final settlement data.
- Maintain employee files, service records, and HR MIS.

6. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Implement employee welfare initiatives for factory employees & workers.
- Manage canteen
