Key Responsibilities

Strategic Discovery: Engage directly with enterprise customers to break down complex processes, diagnose structural pain points, and map them directly to agentic Al opportunities.

Value Modeling Proposals: Lead discovery workshops and current-state assessments to define the overarching solution vision, crafting compelling business cases and ROI/cost-savings models for client leadership.

Core Architecture Design: Translate complex business requirements into scalable, robust agentic Al architectures.

Multi-Agent Orchestration: Design complex multi-agent systems encompassing advanced orchestration, planning, memory frameworks, tool/function calling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and strict guardrails.

Technical Implementation Prototyping: Select and integrate appropriate LLMs, vector stores, and enterprise software systems to build high-impact proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and reference designs.





Governance Compliance: Establish crucial non-functional requirements including system scalability, latency, data security, observability, cost-efficiency, and responsible-Al controls.

Executive Technical Advisory: Present strategic blueprints and technical architecture trade-offs to senior client stakeholders (CXO/VP level) while guiding engineering teams through flawless delivery

Must-Have Skills Experience

Years of Experience: 10 18 years of total professional experience, with at least 3+ years directly focused on Al, automation, or digital transformation solutioning and architecture.

Al Technical Prowess: Hands-on experience building with contemporary agentic Al frameworks (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAl), orchestrating LLMs, and deploying enterprise-grade RAG structures.
