Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive
System Administrator / IT Support Engineer
to provide day-to-day IT support and ensure the smooth functioning of the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 administration, along with maintaining IT assets and supporting end users.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Support
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, antivirus, and other business applications.
- Configure and troubleshoot printers, email clients, and peripheral devices.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty claims.

Microsoft 365 Administration




- Create, modify, and deactivate Microsoft 365 user accounts and mailboxes.
- Manage Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 licenses.
- Handle password resets, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), user permissions, and security groups.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and email-related issues.

Network & System Administration
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, VPN, and network-related issues.
- Configure and support routers, switches, wireless access points, and network printers.
- Monitor system performance, perform software updates, antivirus updates, and routine preventive maintenance.
- Assist in maintaining Active Directory and basic server administration.

IT Asset Management
- Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets, including laptops, desktops, printers, monitors, routers, keyboards, mouse, batteries, chargers, and other accessories.
