Our Client, a Leading Global Specialist in Energy Management and automation, is looking for an
order processing Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and process purchase orders (POs) accurately in Oracle ERP.
- Coordinate with suppliers for order confirmations, delivery timelines, and documentation.
- Maintain and update order-related data in Oracle and SAP systems.
- Track purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Validate purchase order details, pricing, quantities, and supplier information before processing.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, and Operations) to resolve order-related queries.
- Monitor pending orders and proactively follow up to ensure timely closure.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier communications, and transaction history.
- Generate reports and provide updates on order status, pending requests, and exceptions.




- Ensure adherence to organizational processes, documentation standards, and compliance requirements.

Skills Required
- 2–3 years of experience in order processing, procurement support, or data entry operations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, particularly in purchase order creation and management.
- Working knowledge of SAP for order tracking and data management.
- Experience in supplier interaction, coordination, and follow-up activities.
- Strong data entry accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
- Positive understanding of procurement and purchase order workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, lookups, and reporting).
