Role Description
The Sales Development Representative is a fully remote role responsible for driving the top of SEA’s sales pipeline through high-volume outbound calling. The SDR will make approximately 300 outbound calls per day from provided lead lists,



engaging prospects in genuine conversations to spark interest in SEA’s services and gauge their needs. Core to the role is generating and passing along qualified leads to the closing team, maintaining accurate records of every call and outcome in the CRM/spreadsheet, and following up with warm leads to help move them toward becoming paying customers. This is a target-driven position ideal for someone who is energised by conversation, stays composed under rejection, and takes pride in building a consistent, high-quality pipeline.

Qualifications

6 months to 1 year of cold calling, telecalling, or telesales experience

•
Fluent, clear spoken English with a qualified, easy-to-understand accent

Strong communication and active listening skills

Comfortable handling objections and rejection with a positive attitude

Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently from home

Own laptop with a working headset/micropho
