To be successful as an Data Analyst , you should have experience with:

Required Skills:
- Workday reporting (Report Writer).
- Qlik Sense / Power BI reporting.
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) proficiency.
- HR Reporting Analytics domain experience.

Additional Skills:

MS Power Queries or Power Apps Python programming.

Basic/ Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in computer science preferred.

- Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification, documenting data sources, methodologies, and quality findings with recommendations for improvement.
