Education Criteria:
Full time B. E/B. Tech + MBA (Marketing Preferred)

Experience: 3-7 yrs

Role & Responsibilities:
Analyze market trends, business performance, and customer insights to conceptualize and plan digital as well as on-ground promotional campaigns.

Execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with media and creative agencies, while coordinating with MSIL Regional and Zonal teams for seamless on-ground implementation.

Contribute to service business growth through lead generation initiatives and by supporting overall workshop load enhancement.

Manage and optimize MSIL’s digital service platforms, including the MSIL Service Website, Maruti Suzuki App, and Service Hyperlocal channels.

Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive adoption of MSIL strategic projects – like MS App

Collaborate with media agencies to design, execute, and optimize Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns and improve website visibility through Search Engine Optimization (SEO) initiatives.

Plan and implement always-on social media campaigns to strengthen brand presence,



customer engagement, and digital reach.

Identify unmet customer needs through research and insights, and develop new service offerings to enhance customer value and satisfaction.

Drive customer engagement and awareness of MSIL Service through the creation and dissemination of weekly informative and DIY content across social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn.

Collaboration and Partnership with multiple internal and external stakeholders – Creative, Media and Martech agencies (External), Digital Enterprise and Field Service (Internal).

Prioritizing tasks effectively to meet objectives within timelines.

Creative and Strategic Thinking and finding out of the box solution.

Selection of campaign themes, communication messages, and promotional tactics within approved marketing plans and budgets.

Identification of target customer segments and digital channels for camp
