Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Executive HR – Recruitment and Onboarding role based in Faridabad. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring decisions across various functions.



The Senior Executive HR will oversee onboarding processes, such as preparing offer letters, conducting induction programs, ensuring timely documentation, and facilitating smooth integration of recent team members. Daily responsibilities include maintaining HR records, updating hiring trackers, collaborating with department heads on manpower planning, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role also includes supporting employer branding initiatives, improving candidate experience, and recommending process enhancements in recruitment and onboarding.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and selection for manufacturing and corporate roles.
