A reputed pharmaceutical company is looking for a agile and result-oriented Assistant Vice President Healthbuddy Acquisition to lead the acquisition and expansion of the companys B2C business across India. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing customer acquisition strategies, driving business growth, building scalable acquisition channels, and establishing a strong market presence.
This is a leadership role requiring strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to build and scale a high-performing acquisition function.
Key Responsibilities Business Development Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2C customer acquisition strategy across India.
- Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and expanding the Healthbuddy network.
- Identify new business opportunities,
partnerships, and customer acquisition channels.
- Design and implement scalable customer acquisition models aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop annual and quarterly acquisition plans to achieve aggressive growth targets.
B2C Business Expansion
- Lead the setup and scaling of the B2C business vertical.
- Drive customer onboarding initiatives to improve acquisition and retention.
- Expand the companys presence across key markets through innovative acquisition strategies.
- Build sustainable customer engagement models to improve lifetime value and retention.
Sales Operations
- Monitor acquisition funnel performance and optimize conversion rates.
- Develop sales strategies to maximize customer acquisition while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Product, Technology, and Customer Support to ensure seamless execution
