Skill set

6–8 years of client-facing consulting experience

Hands-on expertise with
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
and
Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC)

Experience building customer journeys, campaigns, workflows, and journey templates

Strong knowledge of
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
, audience segmentation, profiles, and journey orchestration

Experience with source connectors, data ingestion, activations, and CRM/email integrations

Proficiency in
SQL
,
JavaScript
,
JSON
,
XML
, and Web Services





Understanding of multi-channel marketing, personalization, automation, and campaign optimization

Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Qualification:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
