About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive / Senior Executive with a minimum of 4 years of experience in HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations, maintaining employee records, and delivering a seamless employee lifecycle experience. The role requires robust knowledge of HR operations, payroll coordination, attendance management, HRMS, and statutory compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files in the HRMS.
- Ensure timely completion of employee documentation and compliance requirements.

Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance, shift schedules, leave records,



and regularization requests.
- Coordinate with department heads to resolve attendance-related issues.
- Maintain accurate leave balances and attendance reports.

Payroll Coordination
- Prepare and validate monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leaves, incentives, reimbursements, overtime, and deductions.
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
- Handle employee payroll-related queries and discrepancies.

HRMS Administration
- Manage employee information within the HRMS.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates of employee records.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS as required by management.

Statutory Compliance
- Support compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, and Shops & Establishment regulations.
