We are looking for an energetic and organized Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. In this role, you will get hands-on experience with the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates and reviewing resumes to scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires. This is an excellent chance for a student or recent graduate looking to launch a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Assist recruiters in identifying potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases. Conduct initial resume reviews against job requirements.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Job Postings: Manage and update active job listings on the company careers page and external job boards.
- Candidate Communication: Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates on their application status.
- Database Management:



Maintain and update candidate records accurately within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- HR Administration: Assist with background checks, reference checks, and the preparation of onboarding materials for new hires.
- Special Projects: Participate in employer branding initiatives, university recruitment drives, or ad-hoc HR projects as needed.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
- Organization: Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with LinkedIn or an ATS is a plus, but not re
