Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management Lead and manage relationships with corporate retainer clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Understand client business objectives, brand challenges, and communication goals to provide strategic guidance and solutions.
- Build solid, long-term client partnerships through proactive communication and consultative account management.

- Account Project Management Oversee the execution of 360-degree branding, communication, and brand experience initiatives.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
- Coordinate with internal creative, content, digital, and production teams to drive projects from concept to completion.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure all brand communications and deliverables adhere to established brand guidelines and quality standards.
