Role Description
The IT Engineer L1 is a full time hybrid role based in the Pune Division. This role involves providing first-level technical support for internal teams and clients, including diagnosing and resolving basic hardware, software, and network issues. The IT Engineer L1 will monitor systems, perform routine maintenance,
and escalate complex incidents to senior engineers while maintaining accurate documentation of issues and resolutions. Day-to-day tasks include responding to support tickets, assisting with user onboarding, ensuring basic network security practices are followed, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a stable and secure IT environment.
