Role Description
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at AgentWave will lead the overall vision, strategy, and execution of the company’s growth in the AI and logistics space. This is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The CEO will oversee day-to-day operations, align product and go-to-market strategies, and ensure strong financial performance and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring the leadership team, driving sales and partnerships with logistics and 3PL customers,



and representing the company with investors and strategic stakeholders. The CEO will also guide long-term business planning, manage capital allocation, and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with AgentWave’s mission.

Qualifications
- Strong background in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and financial performance management.
- Proven experience in Operations Management, with a focus on scaling processes, delivery quality, and organizational efficiency.
- Demonstrated capability in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, including market analysis, goal setting, and execution of growth initiatives.
- Track record of driving Sales, business development, and partnerships, ideally in B2B technology or logistics-focused businesses.
- Experience in leadership roles such as CEO, Founder, or senior executive in a high-growth or startup environment.
