Job Title: System Engineer Python Automation (SIL/PIL)

Experience: 4-10 Years

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Python-based automation for Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) and Processor-in-the-Loop (PIL) testing.
- Perform system-level verification and validation of automotive embedded software.
- Analyze system requirements and support end-to-end System Engineering activities.
- Develop, debug, and validate Embedded C software for automotive ECUs.
- Work on Steering Systems (EPS, EAS, EHPS) and support system integration activities.
- Perform automotive diagnostics and communication using J1939 and CAN protocols.
- Conduct DFMEA activities in accordance with AIAG-VDA guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software quality, system performance,



and functional safety compliance.
- Support testing, debugging, and software optimization throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills
- 4-8 years of experience in Automotive Embedded Systems or System Engineering.
- Strong expertise in Python Automation for SIL & PIL Testing.
- Hands-on experience in Embedded C Development.
- Good understanding of Steering Systems (EPS/EAS/EHPS).
- Experience with Automotive Diagnostics and J1939 protocol.
- Robust understanding of Vehicle Dynamics and Vehicle Architecture.
- Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
