About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Assistant Vice President – Global Rewards & Analytics
to lead the design, implementation, and governance of global compensation, rewards, and workforce analytics programs across multiple geographies. This strategic leadership role will partner closely with senior business leaders and HR teams to develop competitive, compliant, and data-driven rewards strategies that support business growth and organizational effectiveness.

Global Compensation & Benefits, Executive Compensation, Job Architecture, Pay Equity, Workforce Analytics, and Rewards Governance
, along with robust business acumen and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and governance of global compensation and rewards programs while ensuring compliance with local regulations across multiple countries.
- Design and maintain compensation frameworks,



job architecture, grading structures, and career progression models.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for executive compensation, sales incentive plans, retention programs, and equity-based rewards (ESOPs).
- Drive pay equity assessments and compensation governance initiatives to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant pay practices.
- Develop executive dashboards and workforce analytics to provide insights on compensation, productivity, attrition, workforce trends, and talent risks.
- Support organizational transformation, acquisitions, integrations, and strategic workforce planning through rewards and analytics expertise.
- Design and manage short-term and long-term incentive programs aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to implement the global compensation philosophy and total rewards strategy.
- Lead the global benefits framework in collaboration with regional HR
