We are looking for an enthusiastic
US IT Recruiters
with
1–3 years of experience
in US staffing who understands the complete recruitment lifecycle and is passionate about hiring top IT talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to candidate submission.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster etc.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, availability, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates/salary, and maintain candidate relationships.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals across various technologies.
- Work closely with Account Managers to fulfill client requirements within defined TAT.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in
US IT Recruitment
.
- Experience sourcing candidates using
Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter
, and other major job portals.
- Good knowledge of
US geography, time zones, work authorization
, and employment types such as
Full-Time, W2 Contract.
- Understanding of tax terms and hiring models in the US staffing industry.
- Experience recruiting for Implementation Partners such as Infosys, Cognizant, TCS, Capgemini etc
Fulltime
and for Direct Clients, especially W2 contract opportunities.
- Valuable understanding of IT technologies and the ability to recruit across domains and ERP hiring (Oracle, SAP, Workday and others)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
