Responsibilities for Quality:
- Design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with standards such as ISO 9001
- Monitor the entire production cycle, including CNC machining, edge banding and assembly, to ensure processes meet defined quality metrics and technical specifications
- Investigate product quality issues, conduct root cause analysis using tools like FMEA, 5 Whys, and Fishbone Diagrams, and implement (CAPA)
- Prepare reports on malfunctions, non-conformities, and quality metrics (e.g., rejection rate, rework percentage). Maintain detailed documentation of test results, audits, and SOPs
- Quality scheduling & its implementation by using Gantt chart
- Technical assistance on shop floor to ease the Quality
- Daily planning adherence as per Project flow
- Quality Set-up as per running projects




- Creating an environment of Bonhomie to motivate each employee
- Timely reporting of Quality performance through tools provided by company
- Meet Client requirements by using Material, Processes & tools
- Supporting to installation of all Quality facilities and equipment
- Provide Training to new employees as per quality standards
- Responsible for In-process Quality & Final Product Quality
- Handling all required tools & gauges related to perform quality processes
- Monitoring the all inspection activities and other current improvements
- Monthly review meeting with all deptt. & Reporting person
- Kaizen implementation and Maintain 5S on Shop Floor
