Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations and support a positive, high-performance culture at LET'S TRY. This full-time, in office role is based in Gurugram and involves managing recruitment and onboarding, ensuring smooth HR processes, and maintaining accurate employee records. The Human Resources Manager will handle performance management cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and resolution of employee relations matters. The role includes implementing HR policies,



supporting learning and development, coordinating compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. The person in this role will collaborate closely with leadership and team managers to align HR practices with business goals.
