A leading consumer durables brand is looking for a powerhouse Chief Operating Officer (COO) to command and scale operations across our three massive manufacturing plants.

We need a "sharp-shooter"—a brilliant operations heavyweight who brings world-class manufacturing standards, paired with the patience, maturity, and grit to thrive in a high-growth, owner-driven ecosystem.

The Mandate

* Scale Multi-Plant Operations: Drive peak efficiency, capacity, and contemporary best practices across three large-scale manufacturing facilities.

* Master the Supply Chain: Optimize end-to-end supply chain logistics, sourcing, and cost management to support rapid business scale.

* Own the Nuances: Deep-dive into plant floor realities,



cutting through operational bottlenecks with absolute precision.
