Role Description
The Creative Designer role is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The Creative Designer will develop visual concepts and designs. Day-to-day tasks include creating graphics for Presentations, marketing campaigns, and brand collateral, while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with editorial, marketing, and digital teams to translate content and ideas into compelling visual formats,



refining designs based on feedback, and meeting tight deadlines. The Creative Designer will also support the evolution of brand identity, contribute fresh design ideas, and stay updated on design trends and tools.

Qualifications
- Strong Creative Design capabilities with a portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, including experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., CANVA, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Experience in Branding, with the ability to maintain and evolve visual identity across multiple platforms and properties.
- Relevant education in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback and work with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of motion graphics
