Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to establish and expand the ICX Dental Implant business across Uttar Pradesh.
The selected candidate will be based in Lucknow and will be responsible for developing the market throughout the state by engaging dentists, implantologists, prosthodontists, oral and maxillofacial surgeons, and dental institutions.
Candidates with prior experience in dental implants will be preferred. However, candidates with a strong pharmaceutical or medical device sales background and a proven track record are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across Uttar Pradesh.
- Promote and sell ICX Dental Implant Systems and prosthetic solutions to dentists and dental clinics.
- Build strong relationships with implantologists, prosthodontists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and general dentists.
- Identify and convert recent customers while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations, chairside demonstrations, and clinical discussions with doctors.
