About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and energetic professional to join our fast-growing team, dedicated to delivering smarter energy solutions. The ideal candidate is self-driven, responsible, quick to learn, and a natural problem solver.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide installation instructions and maintenance training for RTU and SCADA panels

· Handle customer support via phone and email





· Perform remote or on-site inverter troubleshooting, replacement, and defect resolution

· Conduct site visits when required

· Collect and report after-sales support data to team leaders

· Collaborate on team projects and assigned tasks

· Apply knowledge of String Inverters, Hybrid Inverters, and Utility-based projects

· Manage after-sales support activities within assigned regions

What We’re Looking For

· Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related fields

· Minimum 3 years of experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, or Substation Automation industries

· Strong communication skills with fluent English

· Energetic qualified willing to travel 50% or more per month
