Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven MIS Executive & Accountant to join our team at our office in Sector 31, Faridabad. The ideal candidate will combine strong accounting expertise with advanced financial data analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, processing payroll, maintaining statutory compliance (TDS/GST), and generating critical business insights through advanced Excel reporting, pivot tables, and financial modeling.

Key ResponsibilitiesMIS & Data Analytics
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Nested Formulas, Data Validation) and Google Sheets.
- Financial Dashboards: Create agile financial summaries, budget vs. actual variance analyses, and operational reports to support decision-making.
- Database Management: Organize,



clean, and maintain complex financial datasets with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Core Accounting & Financial Management
- General Ledger & Bookkeeping: Handle day-to-day accounting entries, general ledger maintenance, and record-keeping in Tally Prime / ERP.
- Accounts Receivable (AR) & Reconciliation: Perform AR tracking, vendor/customer ledger reconciliations, and bank reconciliations.
- Financial Statements: Assist in preparing accurate Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss (P&L;) statements, and Cash Flow statements.

Tax Compliance & Payroll
- Statutory Compliance: Handle accounting and compliance for TDS and GST, including entry validation and supporting returns filing.
- Payroll Processing: Process monthly payroll, prepare payroll registers, and execute accurate payroll journal entries.
