Experience: 3–6 Years

What We're Looking For

✅ 3–6 years of Software Engineering experience with 2+ years in Production AI/ML Systems
✅ Robust programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
✅ Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini) including Prompt Engineering, Tool Calling & Structured Outputs
✅ Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar orchestration frameworks
✅ Expertise in REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD, Async Programming
✅ Strong understanding of Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, Planning, Memory & Tool Use
✅ Experience with RAG and Vector Databases (Pinecone, pgvector, Weaviate)
✅ Excellent communication skills with client-facing experience
✅ Agile development experience (Scrum/Sprints)
