Support Employee Central and Payroll integrations, perform data uploads, mass updates, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolve production issues. Handle AMS activities including incidents, service requests, change requests, UAT, regression testing, and production support. Wysele Technologies is hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Benefits Lead for a remote contract opportunity.



We are looking for professionals with 8 15 years of experience who have solid expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Time Off, Advantages, and Employee Central with proven experience in end-to-end implementations and AMS support.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience configuring Time Types, Time Profiles, Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, Time Accounts, Accrual Rules, Business Rules, MDF Objects, Leave Validations, and approval workflows. The role also involves supporting Employee Central and Payroll integrations, handling incidents and change requests, performing UAT and regression testing, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring seamless HR process execution.

Candidates with SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and/or Benefits Certification, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SuccessFactors Time Tracking, and Global Benefits experience will be preferred.
