The company works closely with businesses, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), loan consultants, financial intermediaries and industry associations to identify and fund suitable business loan opportunities.
About the Role
Red Fort Capital is looking for a proactive and well-connected Regional Sourcing Associate to develop business opportunities within an assigned region.
The role will involve extensive on-ground market engagement, including meeting prospective borrowers, DSAs, loan agents, financial consultants and industry associations. The associate will be responsible for generating relevant loan applications, maintaining local relationships and providing regular market updates to the management.
Key Responsibilities
I. Business Sourcing
(1)
Identify and source suitable secured business loan opportunities within the assigned region.
(2)
Conduct regular field visits to prospective clients,
existing clients and business establishments.
(3)
Generate qualified loan applications through direct sourcing, DSAs, loan agents, financial consultants and referral partners.
(4)
Target the sourcing of approximately 2–4 relevant and qualified loan opportunities per month.
II. Relationship Management
(1)
Identify, onboard and maintain relationships with DSAs, loan agents, Chartered Accountants, financial consultants and other referral partners.
(2)
Regularly meet sourcing partners to understand their pipeline and provide updates on Red Fort Capital’s loan products and eligibility criteria.
(3) Maintain continuous engagement with existing partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.
(4) Maintaining relationships with existing clients and regular monitoring of their business activities
