We are looking for an experienced
Head of Marketing
to lead and scale a high-impact marketing function for a rapidly growing, membership-led retail business. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and brand growth across both offline and digital channels.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end marketing strategy across growth, offline marketing, digital channels, CRM, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives.
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and repeat purchases across physical retail locations and digital platforms.




- Develop and scale membership and loyalty programs, including customer value propositions, promotional campaigns, and retention strategies.
- Lead offline and shopper marketing initiatives tailored to regional and mass-market consumer segments.
- Manage digital performance marketing, CRM campaigns, customer lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation initiatives.
- Develop creative, high-impact marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Create compelling messaging and communication strategies that resonate with mass-market consumers.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, Operations, Category Management, and Leadership teams to execute integrated growth initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing organization across digital, CRM, offline marketing, and brand functions.
