1) Recruitment:
· Preparing job description as per requirement
· Posting job description on job portals & social media
· Shortlisting relevant CV as per our criteria
· Scheduling Google meet interviews / face to face interview as per available timings
· Taking interview feedback from Reporting manager
· After selection of candidate taking & verifying necessary documents for joining.
2) Joining Formalities:
· Taking joining form & documents from New Joiner
· Issuing Offer letter / appointment letter to New Joiner
· Creating employee code in biometric machine
· Taking details of PF / ESIC undertaking form from New Joiner
· Registering new joiner in PF & ESIC portal
· Adding family details in ESIC
· Issuing ESIC Card to new joiner
3) Full & final settlement:
· Preparing & taking approval of full & final settlement of resigned employee
