Job Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Handle client inquiries, qualify leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with domestic and international clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Manage the complete sales funnel, from lead generation and follow-ups to negotiation and deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and business proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing and Project Management teams for smooth project onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
