- 7+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Business Systems Analysis
- Strong SQL expertise (Snowflake preferred) with experience analyzing large datasets
- Experience working with customer data domains (Accounts, Contacts, Hierarchies) within an MDM ecosystem
- Solid understanding of data quality, deduplication, and master data lifecycle processes
- Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable MDM and data solutions
- Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills
