We’re Hiring: Procurement Executive at Edall Systems

We are looking for an action-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team in Bangalore to power our Electronics, Integration, and Manufacturing departments

If you excel at vendor coordination, negotiating best-in-class pricing, and keeping project timelines on track, this role is for you.

? What You’ll Do:

Bridge Internal Teams: Work closely with our engineering, manufacturing, and integration leads to capture precise component requirements.

Vendor & Supply Management: Source high-quality electronic components, hardware, and raw materials from regional and national vendors.

Management Coordination: Present transparent purchase recommendations, cost evaluations,



and timelines to senior management for quick sign-offs.

End-to-End Tracking: Issue POs, negotiate terms, and track deliveries to ensure zero downtime on the shop floor.

? What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 1–2 Years in Procurement / Supply Chain (experience sourcing technical/electronic components is a strong plus).

Skills: Solid proficiency in MS Excel (tracking BOMs & purchase logs) and strong vendor negotiation skills. (Drone electronics experiance is preferable)

Mindset: Proactive, highly organized, and driven by tight deadlines.

Location: Bangalore (Office-Based)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salaray: 20000-30000 per month
