- Tax Review & Compliance
- Review federal and state income tax returns for individuals, estates, and exempt organizations.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
- Team Guidance & Support
- Provide technical guidance and support to tax preparers, especially on complex or challenging issues.
- Conduct induction and ongoing training sessions, including updates on tax laws and software changes.
- Work Allocation & Monitoring
- Assign daily tasks to preparers and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
