Role & responsibilities :

Operation & Maintenance Management
- Responsible for the optimum utilization of all refrigeration equipment as per the designed parameters.
- Prevention of major breakdown of equipments where there is no standby facility.
- Ensure availability checks and minimum inventory of the critical long lead spare parts, consumables.
- Satisfying the requirements of different utility users without any production loss.
- Activities completion in stipulated time as per the audit report.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of the refrigeration plant/Equipment, alignment, vibration test.
- All sensing device / tools calibration (Pr & Temp sensors/Gauges and other measuring instruments).
- Periodical testing of Refrigerant and lubrication media, UT/MT test etc.

Documentation/MIS reporting Managements
- Maintenance of ISO / HACCP related documents.
- Ensure all the SOPs are followed.
- ISO report filing and daily reports.
- Ensure timely and Error Free reporting.
- Documentation of critical incidents, important happening, decisions, activities, reports etc.

- Maintenance and timely submission of cost analysis reports.

Inventory check, PR preparation, Item code verification and Co-ordination with purchase for procurement
