Role Description

PS Associates is looking for a
GeM Executive – Hardware & Manpower Bidding
to manage end-to-end government tendering activities through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and other procurement portals.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
IT hardware procurement, manpower outsourcing tenders, bid documentation, technical compliance, OEM coordination, and government procurement procedures
. The role requires solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tenders while ensuring complete compliance with all bid requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bidding on the GeM portal for IT Hardware,



Networking, CCTV, UPS, Printers, Laptops, Desktops, Servers, and Manpower Services.
- Identify relevant GeM bids and tender opportunities on a daily basis.
- Analyze tender documents, ATC (Additional Terms & Conditions), BOQs, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within prescribed timelines.
- Prepare compliance sheets and verify product specifications against tender requirements.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and suppliers to obtain quotations, MAFs, OEM Authorization Letters, compliance certificates, product datasheets, and technical documents.
- Handle manpower outsourcing bids, including costing, statutory compliance, deployment planning, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with bid requirements such as EMD, PBG, Make in India, BIS, EPR, ISO Certifications, MAF, and other statutory documents.
