Job Summary

The Export Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for identifying international business opportunities, developing overseas markets, managing export sales, and building long-term relationships with distributors, importers, and channel partners. The role involves market research, customer acquisition, export documentation coordination, and achieving international sales targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

International Business Development
- Identify and develop new export markets across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and other international regions.
- Generate export enquiries through online platforms, trade portals, exhibitions, and direct marketing.
- Develop relationships with importers, distributors, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.
- Conduct market research to identify recent business opportunities and emerging market trends.

Export Sales
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Handle the complete export sales cycle from enquiry to order execution.




- Maintain regular communication with overseas customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on payments and coordinate with finance for export receivables.

Marketing
- Develop export marketing strategies to increase global brand presence.
- Promote products through digital marketing, B2B portals, and international trade fairs.
- Coordinate product launches in international markets.
- Prepare product presentations, brochures, and marketing materials for overseas clients.

Export Documentation & Coordination
- Coordinate with logistics, shipping agents, CHA, and freight forwarders.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Coordinate documentation such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Shipping Bill, and other statutory documents.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
